Individualogist or individualogist.com is a guide that helps you understand “archetype” and introduces individuation.
This is the program I was talking about earlier who got me into believing that stuff like this work.
It explains about your character archetype (which we will about to get to in a moment), to help you lessen the negativity concerning your character, ego, and your past.
It helps you understand the negative phases that come your way, how to deal with them better, and eventually eliminate those negativities for good.
Individualogist is a place that nurtures, familiarizes, and leads its users in re-learning about and rediscovering their true self and power, eventually accomplishing what they really want in life.
Before we head on for further details, let us first talk about archetype and individuation.
What is Individuation?
Individuation is a process of psychological differentiation. Its purpose is to exhibit a personality that’s unique to each individual.
It is an “adventure” across the mind and the world with you as its protagonist; with peaks and valleys.
It has the capability to cure people holistically, both physically and spiritually.
Individuation believes in the idea that individuals are uniquely differentiated and distinguished from the general accord of psychology.
It opens your senses to the sound of your inner self and enables you to recognize what you really want from what others really want for you.
It’s not just a “path” to self-rediscovery and becoming whole, but also a journey, a process of self-improvement and development.
Now, going back to the Individualogist review…
How Does it Work?
Individualogist works just like any other “future-reader” or some sort of personality-reading program.
Once you’re inside the page, you will have the opportunity to know what your archetype is, and from there you might possibly see what your future has in store for you.
All you have to provide them basic details about yourself by taking a quick archetype quiz. e.g: name, gender, birthday, and email address.
That’s it.
That’s all they need to somewhat “accurately” read your personality.
To do this, they use the 12 Jungian archetypes that I will be talking about in a few.
Once you get to know these archetypes, you will get why I was so engrossed about it.
What are Archetypes?
Renowned psychologist Carl Jung developed the 12 “Jungian” archetypes as a framework for understanding fundamental human motivations and the operations of the human mind, or the “human psyche”.
These 12 archetypes are known to implore a sequence of mental representations and emotional affections, with each one having its own unique set of character traits, purposes, and values.
Archetypes are used in such a wide variety of applications like literature, mythology, branding, religiosity, psychology, and personality.
These 12 Jungian archetypes come with their own characteristics and focal points.
Discovering which ones you prefer to use, and which ones are most relevant for the circumstances is an activity that Individuation asks you to take part in.
Before I introduce you to these archetypes, of course, we need to discuss its 4 “cardinal orientations”.
These orientations represent the focus of each archetype, and learning about these orientations will help you gain a much better understanding of the hidden motivations and self-perceiving dynamics of each personality archetype.

- Ego– leaving a mark or making an influence in the world
- Order– providing some form of structure or order to the world
- Social– striving to form intimate connections with other
- Freedom– yearning to realize its own sense of paradise

The 12 Jungian Archetypes
THE CAREGIVER
A sympathetic altruist whose selflessness comes unmatched. They’re the “angel” kind of archetype.
They’re always willing to help the people around them, be it friends, strangers, or sometimes even enemies. Their kindness inspires everyone around them and fills receivers with an enormous amount of gratitude.
Unfortunately, they’re often prone to persecution for their giving and sympathetic nature. More often than not, they’re always taken advantage of by wicked hearts and the greediness of those around them.

This archetype associates itself with being completely and entirely original. Their greatest pride lies in their ability to be creative when it comes to everyday life and achieving the goals that they’ve set for themselves.
Creators are constantly paving ways for others to follow.
In today’s words, they’re the “trendsetters“. Whatever they create, the rest will definitely follow.
They refuse to be part of the norm and are always on the lookout for possibilities to showcase their own way of doing things.
Creators have the tendency of creating strong ideas that are both sustainable and beyond the expectations of “ordinary minds“.
To achieve that, the Creator archetype also often exhibits traits of perfectionism and obsession. They loathe “rubbish” work and put their best into everything that they do, regardless of the circumstances.
When they find their calling or the skills they fall in love with, they go “all-out” to develop it further and turn themselves into experts in their chosen fields and/or career.
THE EXPLORER
From the name of this type, these are the adventurers.
They want to make their mark in the world and discover new lands.
The Explorer has high regard for their freedom and sitting still for even just a short period of time can cause them to feel uneasy and restless.
They always crave adventure and they feed on new experiences.
Each of their explorations is carefully considered and contribute to their understanding of the world and themselves. They have the uncanny ability to feel at home in even the most unorthodox areas.
Explorers are highly ambitious and dedicated to their goals. Once they’ve set their minds to something, they go all out to achieve it.
They have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and are always willing to learn about new places even if it has no relation to their general interests whatsoever.
THE HERO
They thrive on bravado and seek every opportunity to display their formidable sense of courage.
Individuals who identify with this archetype tend to feel the need to prove their worth by performing courageous acts.
It’s one of the defining attributes of a typical Hero and what differentiates it from the other archetypes.
Nevertheless, these acts shouldn’t be mistaken as vanity. Rather, Heroes often have selfless goals that are directed towards improving the world and society.
In order for them to achieve that, they invest the majority of their time into mastering skills and filling themselves with relevant knowledge that will put them in a favorable position to make a difference.
They’re often innovative when it comes to solving problems and they thoroughly enjoy exchanging ideas, opinions, and fiddling with the latest discoveries.
THE INNOCENT
This archetype is typically naive and easily impressed by anything and everything making them brilliant audiences and listeners.
However, their innocence is not what defines them as individuals. The Innocent archetype is best defined by its sheer positivity and optimism.
Innocents are able to interpret any situation in a perspective that’s uniquely optimistic. They tend to see the silver lining in every cloud and are constantly reminding themselves that there’s goodness in everything.
Contrarily, when things don’t turn out the way they anticipated, they’re just as easily frustrated.
The Innocents find joy in the simples things. Their intentions are pure and childlike and what they seek in life is to find happiness.
When they say that they’re happy for someone else, they truly mean it from the bottom of their hearts.
One of their key strengths is that they’re able to power through any challenge that’s posed to them simply by drawing strength from their unbreakable faith.
THE JESTER
“Fun” is the middle name of the Jester.
They are the “joker” of the group.
They have an insatiable desire for as much as possible. Their light-spirited energy prevents them from dwelling on obstacles and issues for long which allows them to get over anything and everything at an accelerated rate.
Practically nothing can break them down or put their lives on hold. Jesters breeze their way through life with their bright thoughts and hilarious interpretations.
Nothing pleases them more than experiencing emotions to the maximum. They’re considered as one with an infectious laugh and a bag full of jokes.
However, they can also often be too much to handle. They almost never take anything seriously and having a serious conversation or discussion always leads to them turning it all into one big joke.
Truth be told, such behavior is usually defined as inappropriate or even obscene but the Jester simply can’t help themselves as they take satisfaction in knowing that they’re hilarious and take every possibility they can to showcase their sense of humor.
THE LOVER
The Lover archetype is associated less with romance and sexuality and has more to do with commitment and faithfulness. They revolve vastly around emotions, feelings, and sensuality.
They have no qualms when it comes to opening up to other people. Matter of fact, they’re comfortable to do so.
Unlike other archetypes, the Lover is capable of experiencing life in a much richer and concentrated fashion. They appreciate the littlest of things and are able to understand the underlying meanings of actions.
They feel the most extreme ends of emotions and their happiness comprises elation beyond description while their pain can be described to be intolerable and crippling.
Lovers understand emotions at a level that exceeds other archetypes, making them the perfect candidates in all types of social situations. They form the deepest friendships and bonds with everyone and are able to see and understand things from various perspectives.
THE MAGICIAN
The Magician can be characterized as somewhat reserved when it comes to developing personal bonds. Their deep connections with the universe make them hard to understand.
They tend to have a strong belief in their dreams, their abilities, and themselves in general.
Most of their interests lie in having faith and spirituality, but not always from a religious standpoint. This unique attribute makes them one of the most fearless archetypes when it comes to implementing their ideas and voicing out their opinions.
The Magician archetype certainly earned its title. They’re capable of performing miraculous feats in terms of things that they believe in.
Their discipline puts them at an advantage when it comes to achieving their goals. There’s no stopping them once they’ve set their sights on achievement.
Nonetheless, this archetype’s deep-seated knowledge places them in a position where they can sometimes be manipulative. They usually seek the best outcomes for all parties and usually know when to stop.
THE MEMBER
The Member is one of the most interesting Jungian archetypes in society. They’re essentially the building blocks of this world and are the ones who restore faith in humanity. One of the most distinct attributes about Members is their ability to blend into any group thinkable.
Their ability to building rapport with different kinds of people is certainly admirable. Connecting with those around them allows them to forge the most reliable friendships and build the strongest amounts of trust, no matter how short-lived the relationship turns out to be. They thrive on interacting with the world.
They are also morally and ethically sound, arguably more so than other archetypes. They have a strong sense of principle and always stick to their guns if they ever feel their virtues being challenged.
What makes them connect with someone else is the ability to empathize and truly listen, digesting every word that comes out of the other individual’s mouth.
THE OUTLAW
The Outlaws are best describes as being free-minded and free-spirited. Nothing stands in their way and nothing controls their desires.
They’re the true representation of what it really means to be the captain of your own ship.
However, not all is smooth-sailing and perfect for the Outlaw archetype. Their thoughts are almost always anarchistic and chaotic. It’s no help that Outlaws absolutely despise systems and everything that comes with it, which is why they’re constantly rebelling against authority.
They’ll do anything and everything they can to promote their own ways, which becomes clearly evident in their destructive nature.
They are natural skeptics of the world around them and are constantly questioning the intentions behind organizations and individuals. During brief moments of peace, they’re merely waiting for the storm.
Outlaws are easily ticked off by social issues, inequality, injustice, or practically anything that screams unfairness. They have no qualms about standing against governments and defending those who reside in states of weakness.
THE RULER
Rulers are considered leaders.
While others tend to avoid playing the role of a leader, Rulers are absolutely comfortable with volunteering to take charge. It’s important to note that it’s not the desire to lead that defines them but the actual quality of leadership that they’re able to provide.
It’s no surprise that they are often the fairest and just out of their various groups of friends. They’re able to manage the expectations of others and grant direction towards maintaining order.
Rulers yearn for power. It’s the attribute that they sought after the most, and also the one that they find most fulfilling.
Everything they do is always somehow related to either gaining, maintaining, or even exercising control.
They’ll leverage on their leadership attributes to attain greater personal goals, be it for their family, friends, or their community.
In their squad, Rulers are often the ones calling the shots and organizing outings and gatherings. they live to be “the boss” and despise being overpowered.
THE SAGE
They are highly dedicated when it comes to seeking knowledge and wisdom. Practically everything they experience in life is a lesson for them as they’re able to identify the obscure meanings behind every event in their lives.
They’re often very factual and intelligent individual. However, they’re also just as intuitive and self-reflective. They’re always so, so curious about learning.
Sage’s education doesn’t stop after graduation. They’re continually applying themselves and improving themselves throughout their entire lives.
What drives them is their goal of knowing the truth behind everything.
This can be disadvantageous for them as they’ll take any form of misinformation as a form of betrayal. That being said, they take lies very personally and feel emotionally affected when they discover that what they learned or believed turns out to be wrong.
