On Sunday, February 1, V-Tech, in conjunction with Mochilla and ArtDontSleep, presents the first of four shows as part of “Timeless: Composer/Arranger Series.” The show includes opening sets by Cut Chemist, Quantic and Egon, and a not-to-be-missed live performance by Ethio-jazz musician Mulatu Astatke with a 15-piece orchestra.Â
“Timeless” is a forward-thinking review and homage to the arrangers/composers that have influenced hip-hop in the heaviest and most profound ways.Â
